In-Store Purchases
If you purchased directly in our boutique or through someone picking up on your behalf, please note:

Returns or exchanges must be made in person at our store after verification of the item’s condition.

Refunds for in-store purchases are processed in cash only upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.

We kindly ask that items are returned within 48 hours after purchase.

Online Purchases & Deliveries
For orders placed on our website and delivered via a courier service:

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges depend on stock availability and can be arranged by contacting our customer service.


General Conditions

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Please keep the proof of purchase for all returns or exchanges.
